Statement Zen reconciles supplier statements against Xero, QuickBooks Online and Viewpoint Vista today. A ready-made connection for SAP ECC 6.0 is not built yet.

Don't want to wait? Send us a report instead

A full integration with SAP ECC 6.0 will take time. If you'd like to reconcile sooner, send us a report from SAP ECC 6.0. Once we have set up reading it, we reconcile your supplier statements against it.

What to send

A supplier transaction report, not just open payables (the list of what you owe today). A supplier transaction report is your system's history of every bill, credit note and payment for each supplier, with dates, references and amounts. It should cover at least the last three months and include both paid and unpaid items. Send it as a CSV, Excel or PDF file.

Look for a supplier transaction or vendor ledger report (the names vary between systems and versions). A report like that should usually work.

Why a few months, and paid items too

A supplier statement shows what the supplier thinks you owed on one date. If we only see what is unpaid today, an invoice you paid last week looks like a mistake, and anything near the statement date can't be placed on the right side of it. A few months of history lets us tell a real difference from a timing difference.

How it works

You email the file to us at info@statementzen.com. There is no upload page. Send us a sample and we'll set up reading your report ourselves, which is much quicker than waiting for a full integration. Once we have a usable sample, we usually need a few days and aim to have it working for you within about a week.

Or join the waitlist

Join the waitlist and we will contact you when it is built. We use the list to see which systems people ask for most, so it decides what we build next. Only your work email is required.

About SAP ECC 6.0

What it is

SAP ECC 6.0 (ERP Central Component) is SAP's older on-premise ERP, the predecessor of S/4HANA. SAP's mainstream maintenance for it ends in 2027, with optional extended maintenance to 2030.

Who uses it

Mostly large enterprises, many in manufacturing and retail. A large share of them are expected to stay on ECC beyond 2027. SAP sells it in Australia and New Zealand, the UK and Ireland and the US and Canada.

What we would read from it

The practical route is a vendor line item report you export from SAP to a spreadsheet, listing your supplier invoices and payments. Include cleared (paid) items as well as open ones if your report allows it. We would match those lines against the supplier statements you forward to us.
