A supplier transaction report is your system's history of every bill, credit note and payment for each supplier, with dates, references and amounts. It should cover at least the last three months and include both paid and unpaid items. Send it as a CSV, Excel or PDF file.
Look for a supplier transaction or vendor ledger report (the names vary between systems and versions). A report like that should usually work.
Why a few months, and paid items too
A supplier statement shows what the supplier thinks you owed on one date. If we only see what is unpaid today, an invoice you paid last week looks like a mistake, and anything near the statement date can't be placed on the right side of it. A few months of history lets us tell a real difference from a timing difference.

Who uses it
Small and mid-sized firms, roughly 20 to 500 staff, in construction, manufacturing and distribution. Pegasus Software sells it in the UK and Ireland.
What we would read from it
We found no ready-made web connection for Opera 3, so the practical route is a report you export from its purchase ledger that lists your supplier transactions. We would match those lines against the supplier statements you forward to us.
