Statement Zen reconciles supplier statements against Xero, QuickBooks Online and Viewpoint Vista today. A ready-made connection for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is not built yet.

Don't want to wait? Send us a report instead

A full integration with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne will take time. If you'd like to reconcile sooner, send us a report from JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Once we have set up reading it, we reconcile your supplier statements against it.

What to send

A supplier transaction report, not just open payables (the list of what you owe today). A supplier transaction report is your system's history of every bill, credit note and payment for each supplier, with dates, references and amounts. It should cover at least the last three months and include both paid and unpaid items. Send it as a CSV, Excel or PDF file.

Look for a supplier transaction or vendor ledger report (the names vary between systems and versions). A report like that should usually work.

Why a few months, and paid items too

A supplier statement shows what the supplier thinks you owed on one date. If we only see what is unpaid today, an invoice you paid last week looks like a mistake, and anything near the statement date can't be placed on the right side of it. A few months of history lets us tell a real difference from a timing difference.

How it works

You email the file to us at info@statementzen.com. There is no upload page. Send us a sample and we'll set up reading your report ourselves, which is much quicker than waiting for a full integration. Once we have a usable sample, we usually need a few days and aim to have it working for you within about a week.

Or join the waitlist

Join the waitlist and we will contact you when it is built. We use the list to see which systems people ask for most, so it decides what we build next. Only your work email is required.

About JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

What it is

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is Oracle's ERP for mid-sized and large organisations, run on your own servers or hosted. It is separate from JD Edwards World, the older IBM i product.

Who uses it

Mid-sized to large manufacturers, contractors and distributors, in Oracle's positioning. Oracle sells it in Australia and New Zealand, the US and Canada and the UK and Ireland.

What we would read from it

The practical route is a report you export from JD Edwards that lists your supplier invoices and payments. Standard open-items reports show only what is unpaid, so a report that also lists paid items is better. We would match those lines against the supplier statements you forward to us.

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Statement Zen is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.
